How does the model work?
Through our parent charitable organisation, Allia, we can take on unused buildings, tidy them up and rent them at affordable prices. It means we can keep the cost low and you’re safe in the knowledge that your rent is going to a good cause.
Some of our buildings are leased to us on a temporary basis while waiting to be developed, so we can only give our tenants a maximum 6 month lease. However our new purpose built incubation centre, the Future Business Centre is currently being built and will be ready for occupation Autumn 2013. The Centre will offer start up businesses with a social or environmental purpose affordable workspace and business support to develop and grow. Go to the Future Busines Centre website to find out more or search for workspace.
